I just had a phone call with my parents, and they could hear a "robotic voice" in the background rephrasing everything I said / asking questions.

e.g. I said, "the bedroom had a sliding door", and they could hear the voice saying "why would the bedroom have a sliding door".

This went on for a couple of minutes until my mum got really freaked out, hung up, and called me back. It was gone when they called back.
