How do you create a fake Facebook/Instagram account and NOT get instantly banned?

K, there are plenty of reasons for creating a fake social media account, plenty are nefarious, some are wholesome. Specifically, I do scambaiting (waste the time of scammers for fun and to take time that could otherwise be spent preying on someone vulnerable).
