Privacy Conscious Baby Monitor Recommendations

Does anyone have specific baby monitor recommendations that have limited attack vectors and/or have a proven track record?

Having something like this in the house makes me uneasy, especially given the Eufy debacle recently when I otherwise might have chosen them. However, it seems like a necessity so what all do you trust?
