Optum, An American Health Insurance company, has been down all day due to a "Cyber Security Event". Since 2am this morning, the companies status page has stated they were down due to a "Enterprise Network Outage". As of 14:09 EST, the issue has been upgraded from network event, to a Cyber Security Issue. All services at Optum are still down and plan to be down for the day.
