To my surprise 80% of the alerts are customer petitions. For example: "FW is dropping connections", "I want to install x program", etc.
Almost no alert comes from EDR.
I left a challenging job for this and I feel kind of bad...
Are ther any other SOC Analyst that feel like this?
alert alerts analyst connections customer customer service cybersecurity edr endpoint etc great install job kind program security service soc surprise
