Is a masters degree from a for profit school in Cybersecurity worth it IF my employer pays 100% for it?

I work for a for profit college, we offer alot of MS degrees and I can get 100% tuition waved if I sign up for courses, I am currently studying mathematics but I feel like it does not offer employable skills, what are your opinions on this ?
