Hackers are trying to gain access to (almost all) my accounts

How do they find every other e-mail address or the accounts connected to them that I created to be secure and how is it possible for them to crack the randomly created strong passwords?

I know about the breaches, someone accesses to a website, leaks data, uses the data against people for identity theft or whatever but this is not what i’m asking. They tried at least 5-6 accounts that I got a mail of within only 2-3 days tops. …
