It should be of no surprise that when submitting a request to "download your data" to Xfinity, they insist to submit your state ID and a selfie. I see no reason to do this identity verification when I'm already logged in to my (well) aged account with MFA. I was curious to see what the report details.

They don't have my ID on file or a picture of me, so there's no way for them to verify anything anyone sends …
