Wordpress and hosting service hacked by same IP

So recently I noticed over 120 new, random posts that said they were from another admin's email. He did not do them and at least one of them was from 2021, way before I even made this site. I immediately removed him as an admin. I have since changed the passwords to both my hosting site and my wordpress admin and added two-factor authentication to both.
