I've had a couple interview for SOC or InfoSec Analyst but most of them just go over basic level security or just ask about your other roles and do scenarios like "if meet with this how would you approach it?"

It kills me because I'll spend time reading up on technical info just to refresh my mind and then I get with a question like "what leadership style are you?" or "how do you deal with a disagreement" granted they …
