What are some good platforms to mentor on and to be a mentee too?

I would really like to start mentoring people as I’ve started to lead a small team of people and I feel like I have struggled a lot - didn’t know where I was going at times but can absolutely confirm that I have made it as a senior/lead (small team) security engineer. I don’t have any official title yet but these people look to me for decisions, when things get hectic or something they’re struggling with, etc.
