Vulnerability Management in MSSP Enterprise

Am working in MSSP company, and we have more than 1.2K customers along with our own assets. Currently, we have this serious issue for patching plans and remediation of vulnerabilities that most systems go for months without patching. I need your thoughts on the right way to really track everything and plan it properly.
