Update Microsoft Defender For Endpoint

I've got a few hundred devices on my network flagging "Update Microsoft Defender For Endpoint" on the security recommendations on the Defender portal. Most of these devices were onboarded via the Defender onboarding script and use Sense for telemetry. I can't see anything installed that requires updating and my thought was Sense gets updated as part of the Windows update process, but devices that have received the latest Windows update are still being flagged for Defender for Endpoint Update.
