Turns out my main email address is getting constant sign in attempts for YEARS. Should I ditch it?

My main email address is what I've been using since I was a child so as a result it is in a ton of leaks. To be precise it's in 26 data breaches and 4 pastes. It also has been leaked by a lot of things that haveibeenpwned doesn't know about like straight up my country's own government portal etc. Today I had my location changing software on so it triggered a security warning from outlook.
