I work for an mssp in vuln management. For the most part, I like my employer. There are growing pains as they transition from a startup to a full fledged business. Analysts and engineers are overworked; although, steps are being taken to remedy that. Up until two weeks ago, I had been averaging between 50-60 hour weeks since January.
