I’ve mostly had experience at a management level (think ISSM) for the past 5+ years in the military. As I start getting ready to separate, I’m realizing I don’t have a lot of hands on experience on the technical side.

I’m wanting to stay on the manager side of GRC but want to boost my chances of getting a higher paying role and be well rounded to employers by having knowledge/experience on the technical/implementation side of cyber.
