Tatoos in this industry?

Hi all, I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask this but here goes. I'm thinking of getting some tatoos and am unsure if it would cause problems in my plan to work in cybersec/IT. What are your employers views? Is there a general consensus of negative or positive views on it or is it generally a case by case basis?
