Stuck in Position, Unsure how to Progress

Throwaway account for obvious reasons. I've been at Crowdstrike for around years. I enjoyed my first year here, was challenged by customers and answered a variety of questions from customers, did some config changes etc. However, I see things slowing down now and find myself not growing in this role/position.
