DNS + Webfiltering solution(s)

I need to get a new solution for web filtering but want to wrap DNS protection into this, and wondering what people are using. I don't know if this is 2 products or if there is an all-in-one solution that would do the trick. In terms of scope, I'd love to be able to cover all our on-prem devices, but also our roaming devices, including mobile phones.
