Someone found all my Reddit accounts

Someone I met on Reddit recently started stalking me. They found my instagram, my linkedin, my Facebook, and even my other Reddit accounts. The first three makes sense, I gave them my full name. But how did they find my other Reddit accounts? Any ideas?

PS:they’re making threats which has me scared and wondering what they know
