In my country, most of the Entry level cyber security job is related to consultants who deal with clients and they ask for minimum SOC L2 and L3. I am mostly a technical guy with some solid knowledge who lacks communication skills.

I just want to know which of them is better on salary and knowledge purpose because in the future i would like to change my role from SOC to some senior security roles like researcher or security engineer …
