Like the title says, I’m wondering if I should stay or go.
I have 3.5 years experience as a security engineer, and was offered the opportunity to move into a GRC type role.
Our company is understaffed in that department. We are gearing up for PCI/FedRAMP/ISO/SOC2 and others.
They say it would be me leading efforts to gather the data for some of the certs listed.
They tried hiring for someone, but couldn’t find the exact skill set. …
