So I just wanted to know if this quite common in a SOC where I work evening shift for 5 days and get 2 days of unpaid leave and then I am switched to night shift for another 5 days and get 2 days and this cycle goes on. Is this how SOC analysts function or are there better ways of dealing with shifts ?
