Risk, BISO or IR/SecOps

Hi r/cybersecurity, I’m at a bit of a career cross roads and I’m looking for advice. I’ve had a bit of a varied career at 27/28 and have got experience working in SecOps, dedicated IR roles, but also a bit of cyber risk and doing cyber assessments for government (not a dedicated cyber body/org or anything secret like NSA/CIA).
