I am mainly looking for a watch to count my daily steps as a way to monitor changes in my NEAT (non-exercise activity thermogenesis) and to make sure I get the appropriate workload in. If I could use it for measuring swimming distance as well, that would be great, but I swim stationary with an elastic band, so it can’t rely on GPS to measure the distance.
