Has anyone experienced remediation issue with Rapid7 insight VM? We are remediating vulnerability but on the InightVM ( On-Prem and Cloud) the vulnerabilities are still showing up. Just to ensure we resolved the vulnerability I been using kali Linux to validate it. Rapid 7 support been worthless and doesn't even know how to resolve the issue and keeps telling us this is complex issue. If you could help me with this issue will greatly appreciate it.
