People in cybersecurity, how many hours a week do you typically work?

I’m a sophomore in college deciding if I want to do mechanical engineering or cybersecurity. I want to know what your work days are like, do you actually enjoy your job, and if not does the pay make it worth it? Please let me know. Thanks!
