NVD api V2 problems (timeouts, 403, 503, ...)

Hello, I maintain a small internal tools that imports data from the NVD.

I'm preparing the retirement of legacy data feeds (https://nvd.nist.gov/general/news/change-timeline).

When using the new API (base URL https://services.nvd.nist.gov/rest/json/cves/2.0), I get lots of timeouts or 403/503 responses.

I have the same problems with or without using an API key and with Edge or my application.

Anybody having the same issues ?
