Manager training recommendations

I have been a manager for the past 2 years but I want to improve my management skills. I’m wondering if anyone has any suggested courses. They don’t have to be cyber security focused but those suggestions are welcome as well. I’m not looking for your generic CISM cert type training. I’m also not looking for how to build programs but more of the how to manage people.
