Job questioning

If you were offered a Cybersecurity position that is a lot more money but out of your scope would you take it and just learn as you go?

Edit* I’m currently doing Pci Audits and this company is asking me to do SOX Audits. I may have under estimated myself here but shouldn’t the cross over be easy, I will tell them that I haven’t done so that I have some leeway.
