Bright Data is a company (with over [$100M revenue](https://brightdata.com/static/brd/bright-data-press-kit.pdf)) that sells residential proxy and enables companies to hammer websites from millions of private (residential) IPs so they won't be detected. To get access to these IPs, they used to offer a Chrome extension named Hola, but Google removed it in 2021 as it was considered to be a Malware.
