ISC2 Special Meeting Notice (August 1st, 2023)

This may be linked to the recent controversy regarding the Board's intention to change the bylaws late last year (paging u/smencik). Reading through the above PDF, it really seems like the board is opposed to these changes and wants to fight them hard.
