Is there a privacy benefit to using ADB to "uninstall" (a.k.a. disable) apps?

adb shell pm uninstall --user 0
doesn't completely uninstall the app, instead, it hides it from the current user. That part is clear, but I came to have some questions as I started reading more, with my main objective being getting the most possible privacy out of uninstalling/disabling bloatware.
