Interesting metrics/KPI's that can be extracted from logs and shown on a "dashboard"?

So I accidentally revealed to my boss I'm experienced with plotly and showed him a project I did for a previous company.

Now he wants a dashboard/big screen thing that shows graphs and charts of interesting metrics from our SoC equipment. I get paid for this, so I'm not gonna argue the task even though I doubt it would help us that much.
