Please, for the love of God, stop trash talking developers in interviews.

I'm a director of security engineering and I do a lot of interviews. I'm astounded by the amount of people who say they hate devs, all devs are lazy etc. Interview is over for me at that point.

Don't trash talk anyone in an interview. Instead describe your approaches to the various stakeholders, how you tailor your information to less/differently technical audiences.
