It seems we as professionals and a community could do a better job of sticking together, as we as helping each other to avoid work for orgs that will ultimately be detrimental to the individual, their ability to build their personal technical capital, and the industry. orgs are not entitled to anything, so why not implement some sort of accountability, where we look out for our industry …
