I got my first soc Job last year.

We get so many false alarms and non threatening, informational alarms every single day. We've brought up a handful of them to the sysadmins and they just say "oh it'll just be like that. there isn't anything we can do."

So my team just adapts. "Oh its that alarm again. Just ignore it."

We constantly get false alarms. It's just cry wolf at this point. So whenever I see a specific alarm …
