I'm looking for recommendations for solutions that protect PII sent via email. I have used items like ProofPoint in the past. Encryption and secure email gateways are great, but with it being 2024, I'm looking to find something better. Is there a solution that auto encrypts PII and then password protects it without needing the recipient to login to an email gateway.
Workflow like the below:
PII in email message > Detected and auto encrypted > Password Protected …
auto cybersecurity email encryption find gateways great hello password pii proofpoint protect recommendations secure email secure email gateways solution solutions
