While surfing the web, I came across a phishing site. Firefox detected it and popped up a warning which contained a part saying "Advisory provided by \*Google\* safe browsing".

I consider this to be concerning because if its able to identify deceptive sites, it must be monitoring all the sites that we visit. And this becomes more concerning as the service is provided by Google. …
