Clarification: NIST 800-171 Control 3.13.6

Good morning Experts! I work for an organization who has all remote employees, using Google Workspace Enterprise as our primary means of collaboration. Any of the software development thats accomplished is done in other applications with MFA enabled and accessed via respective cloud web portal (AWS,Azzure,GC). In a full remote organization, how do you best implement this control and document such? Thanks in advance for you valuable insight.
