I had a weird instance today through my iphone (AT&T) where I did an outgoing call to a known number that did NOT have call forwarding on, but the call immediately picked up and on the other end it sounded similar to like what a police radio or scanner is? I could hear beeps similar to a radio and chatter from the radio, although I couldn't exactly hear anyone clearly. Sounded like I was just picking up background noise. …
