Bootable usb to shred ssd and hdd that lives in memory? Anyone know a distro or tool? Free?

Hello all, I'm looking to create a shredding / wiping usb that I can plug into a server, boot from that usb, it exists solely in memory and securely erases everything on the ssd or hard drive. Anyone know of any tools that do exactly that? Also the drives will be RAID'd not sure if that makes a difference
