Baby video monitor privacy, point to point vidoe monitor

So ive been looking through baby monitors. The most private one would be a point to point sound only monitor obviously. However, I have found point to point monitors that use a camera directed to a specific device. I figure as far as things go this will probably be the best in between method.

One is the summer infant pixel and the other option is the Eufy spaceview. Anyone have experience with these at all themselves?
