As someone working in cybersecurity, do you put work related apps on your personal phone?

I know this isn’t really the sub to post in but wanted to get fellow infosec opinions; I work in cybersecurity and have been having this huge debate with my coworker (we both work in infosec) and i am curious, do you guys just find it ok to put your work apps like teams on your phone?
