Are you still happy in cyber security?

I've been in IT for 15 years. Got my start in the Marine Corps. I have been government for most of my career. Last 6 years has mostly been information security. Im an ISSO now and am finding it pretty boring, besides the pay. I was always good with people and the customer support aspect and wondering if I should go back to that. Anyone have similar thoughts?
