Are there many reports yet of LastPass users actually having their stored accounts breached?

I’ve heard a lot about the theoretical risk of the vaults being accessed, but not much on it actually happening. The few stories I’ve heard are mostly crypto related. If the risk was substantial, I’d think there would be more reports of actual breaches. What am I missing?
