Apple’s Siri just described in detail a photo someone sent me. What are the implications of this?

I’ve known since 2021 about Apple’s CSAM Detection that scans all photos and videos. My opinions on this are divided, but I do hate the “for the children” and “if you have nothing to hide” defense. Today, while driving, Siri just described in detail a picture that someone sent me while I was driving.
