Anyone in GRC/Infosec in Japan/APAC Region?

I may be moving to Japan in the next 6 months on a spouse visa (long story). I have \~20 years in IT, currently a manager and studying for CISSP. I'd like to pivot into infosec or GRC and leaning toward the GRC side. Challenges are:
