Anyone here has a good experience with Darktrace (as a customer)? I searched this sub and it's a mostly negative opinion.

We're thinking to buy it, for a small/medium company (500 users). My first impression was positive, I saw some traffic that I didnt know before

But looking at this sub, is making me change my mind. Is it that bad? What was your problem with DT?
