Any good tutorial suggestions for wireshark?

I am attending an online school right now and am currently enrolled in an "Intro to Cyber Security" class. It's only just begun, and it's incredibly fun and interesting so far.
The problem is, I am an utter IT newbie, I've taken an Intro to Networking Concepts last "term" and it's helped, but thats really the only knowledge base I have.
